Implement a capacity building plan on two fronts:

  • An easy-to-navigate induction course

    was created with summative and formative assessments.

The results

A capacity strengthening strategy organized around three axes:

  • Today, Superservicios has a self-administered induction course that

    has allowed it to begin the induction of 300 people in the middle of the pandemic.

  • More than 90% of the participants in the course stated

    that they have enjoyed the course.

  • More than 95% of the participantes said that

    they acquired a better understanding of the Agency key aspects.
