Catalina Valenzuela
Catalina Valenzuela is a seasoned expert in capacity building, digital transformation, and gender mainstreaming, with over 15 years of experience. As CEO of Innovus Consulting, she has led impactful initiatives focused on climate action, financial inclusion, and gender equity across Latin America. Her multilingual abilities and innovative problem-solving skills enable her to create inclusive, data-driven strategies that empower organizations to achieve sustainable growth.
Catalina's work includes partnerships with global organizations like Conservation International and Corporacion Andina de Fomento, where she has implemented gender mainstreaming programs and capacity-building initiatives. She founded Innovus Consulting during a challenging period, transforming it into a successful consultancy dedicated to women's economic empowerment. Catalina’s journey reflects her resilience, creativity, and commitment to driving positive change, making her a transformative leader in fostering inclusivity and equity in organizational practices.
