We did a design sprint to move from paper to a digital dashboard.

The challenges

Diez Consultores, a boutique communications firm
was looking to move to a digital business model.

The partners also wanted to
build a digital platform.

The solution
Implement a capacity building plan on two fronts:

Following the Google's Design Sprint methodology, and the Business Model Validation Plan of Board of Innovation,
we facilitated eight sessions to spearhead Diez Consultores new business possibilities.

We also helped the firm assess technology solutions.
The assessment showed that there were already white label platform with similar features as those dreamt by Diez partners.

We approached a few of them and help Diez securing a deal with an Australian firm.
The deal gives Diez a powerful platform to run their businesses and a new revenue stream as they are now its exclusive distributor for Colombia, Ecuador and Peru.
