Operationalize the DEI policy of the
CI Latin America office for the Colombia office.

Establish a monitoring,
evaluation and learning strategy.
The solution
Implement a capacity building plan on two fronts:

Design a trainning program
to promote inclusive leadership.

Review and improve human resources processes
to make them more diverse, equitable, and inclusive.
The results

To date, six workshops on unconscious bias have been held.
Five more workshops and five additional asynchronous activities are expected to be held.

The “employee journey” has been reviewed
to find opportunities for improvement.
