The solution

Implement a capacity building plan on two fronts:

  • Design a trainning program

    to promote inclusive leadership.

  • Review and improve human resources processes

    to make them more diverse, equitable, and inclusive.

The results

  • To date, six workshops on unconscious bias have been held.

    Five more workshops and five additional asynchronous activities are expected to be held.

  • The “employee journey” has been reviewed

    to find opportunities for improvement.
