Catalina Valenzuela is a strategist, facilitator, and founder of Innovus, a consulting firm that helps mission-driven organizations turn complex challenges into actionable solutions. She designs equity-centered learning strategies that mobilize people, not just train them, blending participatory methods, data-driven insights, and innovative frameworks like ADDIE, Design Thinking, and Google’s HEART.
Catalina has led capacity-building and gender inclusion initiatives with organizations such as CAF, WWF Colombia, GEF Orinoquía, Conservation International, and EIT Climate-KIC. Her work integrates co-creation, strategic storytelling, and measurable impact to empower teams and communities across Latin America to learn, adapt, and lead change sustainably.
