Reducing onboarding costs

We design develop & implement an onboarding program for a Colombian supervisory agency.

The problem

The Colombian utilities supervisory agency, Superservicios required to improve the onboarding process of new staff member. It needed to reduce costs and comply with onboarding regulation for government agencies.


The solution

We designed, developed, implemented and evaluated a self-managed onboarding training course. We converted more than 50 hours of face to face training into a three hours courses with interactive activities and evaluations.

Convert

We converted more than 200 slides of presentations.

Activities

We created basic activities, so participants could practice key concepts and check their understanding.


Evaluation

We created basic activities, so participants could practice key concepts.

The results

The Human Resources team can now manage the onboarding training more effectively and efficiently. It can register and follow up what the participants are doing and can check the learning acquisition.

More than 90% of the participants in the course stated that they have enjoyed the course.

More than 95% of the participantes said that they acquired a better understanding of the Agency key aspects.
